When we carry a diagnostic test what is the things we consider

What is a doctonne of necessity
If you are saving someone’s life you just do what is required as a best interest
What is lasting power attorney
If a person loses capacity they have legally assigned someone to talk on their behalf of what the patient would of wanted
What is an advanced descison to refuse treatment (ADRT)
A statement from the patient to say that they are refusing a treatment if the patient loses capacity
What does the court of protection do if its hard to access someone’s capacity
Decide for the patient
What does the document for advanced decision to refuse treatment be
Written or verbal
Signed
Witnessed
Contain a statement that says it applies if the persons life is at risk
