Normal resting heart rate
for adults is 60-100 bpm
A lower resting heart rate can indicate better cardiovascular fitness and more efficient heart function. For example, a well-trained athlete may have a resting heart rate closer to 40 bpm. A resting heart rate of 40–60 bpm, also known as bradycardia, can also be normal when sleeping.
Normal respiratory rate
A normal respiratory rate for an adult at rest is between 12 and 18 breaths per minute.
However, some sources say the normal range is 12 to 20 breaths per minute, while others say it’s 12 to 16 breaths per minute.
A respiratory rate that’s too fast or too slow for your age is considered abnormal. For example, a rate below 12 or above 25 breaths per minute while resting could indicate an underlying health
Normal blood pressure
120/80 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or lower, where the first number is systolic pressure and the second is diastolic pressure
