A

gait and stance
standing: valgus/varus, deformity, popliteal
supine: scars, symmetry, swelling, wasting

A

temp
patella: tenderness, subluxation
Popliteal: swellings, cyst
Effusion(bulging): sweep medial, over and down, look for refil
effusion (tap): compress fluid above, press patella
joint line (flex knee): tenderness
