define compliance

define internalisation
deepest level of conformity. person changes both public behaviour and private beliefs, long term change, persists when alone and often result of isi
define nsi
where a person conforms in order to be accepted and belong to a group, because it is socially rewarding/ avoids social rejection
define isi
where a person conforms to gain knowledge or because they believe that someone else is ‘right’
