Court order to produce a thing or appear at a specific time and place.

Means to appear with records
Arraignment
is going before a judge to enter a plea.
An affidavit

Tort
A civil wrong against an individual that results in injury to person or property and where there was a duty to prevent such injury
Mediation
Where a third party attempts to facilitate a mutually agreeable resolution between 2 parties.
Arbitration
A legal process where a third party hears a dispute between 2 parties and renders a final decision. (. Most arbitration Is binding arbitration and the parties cannot appeal the arbitrator’s decision)
Contract
An agreement between 2 or more persons with legally enforceable rights and remedies is called a contract
Intestate
Where an individual dies without a will.
Testate
Where a person dies with a will.
Negligence
Misconduct, improper care of treatment or failure to meet standards that harm a patient is called negligence.
Malpractice
Failure to provide care in accordance with professional standards is called malpractice
