For fish, what are the two signs? And why is this weird?
Anything specific about one of the signs?

The two signs are fins and scales. It is weird because all fish that have scales also have fins. So why not just say scales?
The scales must be removable

Can we eat the eggs of a non kosher fish?

Can we use fish blood?
A
Yes. But you should leave scales in it, for marit ayin. (it would be misleading, people may think that the blood from domestic animals are kosher).

What are sheretz hamayim?
A
“those who swarm in the water”. The rest of the unkosher fish.
