yes!

What are the 4 exceptions for which you DONT need a new prescription to dispense a drug?
A
1) if its a part fill
2) an rx authoizing repeats (i..e old rx just re signed by the doc)
3 + 4) if its a pharmacist intiiated renewal or EMERGENCY supply for continuity of care.
