If your experiencing writers block, free writing can help you push past barriers by reducing judgment in your writing.

Relax and be open to whatever your mind wants to tell you.
Try writing all the small thoughts that come to you, even just one word at a time,(ball,red,sky,clouds). You could even try closing your eyes as you type. Spelling doesn’t matter here.
