Make your entry your own.
Feel free to use flowery language, metaphors and quips as you remark on the memory.
Its almost as if you are writing a novel about your life, but dont worry this one is just for you.
Think about yesterday…
Write about the events that made the most impact on you.
Sometimes its a bit challenging writing your experiences down.
How can you describe the beautiful sunset you experienced or the feeling when you saw a loved one after so much time apart?

It’ll allow you to remember the refreshing breeze you felt when you climbed to the top of the mountain, or the warm embrace of a loved one you had missed.
Allow yourself the opportunity to relive the moments that mattered most to you.
Take your time…
Describe a time you felt at your best, describing every sensation.
Reflect on it…
Did anything surprise you in your entry?
