Teroldego is a grape from which Italian province?
Trentino
Teroldego Rotaliano is the wine made from these red grapes. Teroldego may take its name from its traditional method of cultivation, trained on a system of “tirelle” or wire harnesses. Another theory is its association with German dialect for gold of the Tirol. Still another theory credits a northern Italian village called Teroldege, or Teroldeghe, where documents dated in 15th century refer to the sale of Teroldego wine.

Helvetian soil is a looser type of calcareous marl, lighter in color, and alternating with reddish sandstone and limestone. It has high levels of iron and phosphorous.
Wines made from grapes grown in Helvetian soil are full-bodied, brick-red color, with intense tannins, and have great aging potential.
Arneis
Crisp, floral white grown in Piedmont, primarily Roero in Alba and in Langhe.
Historically, Arneis was blended with Nebbiolo and included in field blends to soften Nebbiolo’s harsh tannin. It’s nickname is Nebbiolo Bianco, though it is not related to the red grape.
The fairy Albaluce blessed the townspeople of Caluso with her gift, this grape.
