Think link to infec and inflammation of wall.
Somet due to pockets in bowel wall.
Most comm 3-18 mnth.

Intermitt abdo pain intially, episodes 2-3mins
Pale, tired and floppy in btw
After 12hr pain more constant, loss apett, vom, dehyd (lethargy, reduc UO, sunken fontanelle)
Fever, distension, blood and mucous in stool
