Comm on face and extensor surfaces, and creases in infants
Flexor surfaces in kids and adults
Acute lesions are red, vesicular and exudative
LT excoriations and lichenification
Nail pitting and ridging

Soap substitutes
Emollients
Topical steroids of incr strength- HC, betamethasone, fluticasone, dermavate
Topical tacrolimus
Antihist
Abx eg fluclox
Aciclovir for herpes
Phototherapy
Immunosuppressants- oral pred, azathioprine, ciclosporin if sev.

A
Avoid irritants
Emollient 250-500g/wk
1 fingertip steroid cover 2 palms
Add steroid (10 to 1 emoll to ster), apply emoll 30 mins bef
If sev- wet wraps and ciclosporin
