Avoid triggers Soap substitutes Emollients Topical steroids of incr strength- HC, betamethasone, fluticasone, dermavate Topical tacrolimus Antihist Abx eg fluclox Aciclovir for herpes Phototherapy Immunosuppressants- oral pred, azathioprine, ciclosporin if sev.

A
Avoid irritants Emollient 250-500g/wk 1 fingertip steroid cover 2 palms Add steroid (10 to 1 emoll to ster), apply emoll 30 mins bef If sev- wet wraps and ciclosporin
