what are the differences between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells?

A

prokaryotic cells do not have a nucleus, does not have any membranous cell organelles, does not have an endomembrane system and is usually smaller in size. eukaryotic cells have a nucleus has membranous organelles, contains an endomembrane system and is usually larger in size

what are the differences between a light microscope and a electron microscope?

A

a light microscope has lower magnification and resolution power, is able to produce coloured images, can observe both live and dead soecimens and can only observe some organelles. an electron microscope has higher magnification and resolution power, is only able to produce bkack and white images, can only observe dead specimens, and can observe all cell organelles
