usually asymptomatic and is found incidentally
breast enlargement
breast pain

central or peripheral mass often too small to be palpated or felt

Galactogram
Fine needle aspiration/breast biopsy
examination of nipple discharge

A
surgical excision followed by biopsy to exclude cancer
