Management of breast carcinoma

A

wide local excision or mastectiomy with radiotherapy followed by breast reconstruciton

Hormonal therapy if tumour positive to tumour receptors

Herceptin used for those expressing HER2 gene

Chemotherapy for patients with endocrine unresponsive tumours
