quick, 2 way. can see facial expression
dk if listening, might be long, not suitable for permanent recordes of msg
what is advantage and disadvantages of written communication
hard evidence, good fir msg with details, can be copied, cheap and quick
feedback is not always possible, 2 way is hard as info overload, dk if msg is sent, language is difficult, no body language
what is the advantages and disadvantages if visual
attractive, clearer
no feedback, diff to interpret
what is formal communication
message are sent through established channels using professional language
