If you are providing training to a student in an integrated CPL course who is beyond their VFR Nav Prog what do you need as an instructor?
- 500 hours in airplanes with at least 200 of those being instructor experience
OR
- Have an ATPL
What do you need as an instructor to teach someone on multi-engines?
- Hold a CPL or ATPL
- Have at least 50 hrs on multi-engine planes with 10 hours on type.
**If your experience is on centerline thrust only, your training is limited to this type)
What are the requirements for training someone on a type rating?
Aeroplane:
* Hold a CPL or ATPL
* Have at least 50 hours flight time on class and at least 10 on type
Helicopter:
* 10 hrs on class and type
Training conducted towards an instrument rating should be done by a holder of:
- CPL or ATPL
- Must have instrument and FIR
OR
- Have at least 500 hours PIC or which
- at least 100 hours on applicable group
- if group 1, not less than 10 hours on type
What instrument does a day VFR training flight need that a regular day VFR flight does not?
