Why is CARS 406.02 important to me as a flight instructor?

- Flight authorization and prep procedures
- Procedures for informing the PIC of any aircraft defects that have been deferred
- Dissemination of operational info and acknowledgements
- Fuel and oil reqs
- W & B reqs
- Accident and incident reporting procedures
- Flight monitoring procedures
