I leave details of my daily work schedule, contact names and telephone numbers, expected arrival and departure times, reporting in regular intervals, raising the alarm if the lone worker does not report in.

The unit benefitted from a good level of parking 4 spaces for a mid terrace unit. Quoted £13.25psf (£52,000 pax) FH- £205 psf (£805,000)
Tell me about the inspection of arches and land in Chipstead
The site consisted of open storage land with land under an open arch and an enclised arch. I inspected the internal condition of the arches and reported to the client that the arch was suitable for covered storage. I found there were no services and the land was not hard surfaced

The perimeter fencing had metal sheeting hanging off and the enclosed arch was damp

As the arch was damp we determined the arch was only suitable for light storage items
