- With the valaution we managed to finsih the report in time while carrying out our primary roles. W would meet and explain what we had each done and found.
How could you have improved your role within the team?
Could have been more vocal in what I think
What is a common issue you have come across when working in a team?
Lack of listening to other peoples ideas, time scales with people working at different paces. Also work being given to individuals who may not be competant to undertake it.

What are the differences between diversity and inclusion?
“Diversity is focuses on makeup of the workforce
Inclusion is the measure of culture which allows diversity to thrive”
What does inclusive communication include?
Sharing information in a way that everybody can understand
What is partnering and collaborative working?
An arrangement whereby two or more organisations work together, usually over a period of time, with the deliberate purpose of achieving shared aims.
What is unconscious bias and how can you reduce it?
“A term that describes associations we hold, outside our concious awareness and control. It is is triggered by our brain automatically making quick judgments, stereotypes and cultural context. For example hiring somone who grew up in the same environment you did.
1.Accept that we all have unconscious biases.
2. Make considered decisions.
3. Monitor your behaviour.
4. Pay attention to bias related to protected characteristics.”
What policies does your company have and how do you comply with them?
“1. Make the workplace accessible for all and where it is nort possible to provide reasoanble adjustment
2. Enforce policies underpinned by suitable values
3. Recruitment techniques which address unconcious bias
4. Communications that are inclusive rather than discriminatory “

What is a RACI matrix?
Stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed - Matrix that idnetifies the key roles and responsibilities of people.
