A
- Insiders- born in that country/ parents are from that country
- Outsiders- Not born in that country, may be immigrants/ parents are immigrants

A
- Insiders: Holds passport for that country, permanent resident, can work, vote, claim benefits like free housing and healthcare
- Outsiders: Holds a foreign passport/ limited visa, temporary visitors travelling for business, safety or pleasure, may not be able to work, vote or claim benefits
