Some of the symptoms of HIV are a flu-like disease and the ability to get diseases easily.

People with HIV can be treated using retroviral drugs these stop the virus from replicating.
What can HIV lead to?
HIV can lead to aids, cancer and even death in some cases.
What is a con of retroviral drugs to prevent aids after acquiring HIV?
A con of retroviral drugs is a patient must take them their whole life.
How can HIV be spread? (2)
HIV can be spread through the exchange of bodily fluids from an infected person to a non-infected person, it can also be spread when drug users share infected needles.
