what can cause inflammation?

A
  • tissue damage (releases chemicals that cause blood vessels to dilate)
  • bacterial infestation (body senses bacteria and sends white blood cells to attack)
  • osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones)
  • varicose veins (swollen and twisted veins. valves malfunction and cause blood to pool. caused by long time standing or sitting, obesity, pregnancy age or genetics)
  • phlebitis (vein becomes inflamed caused by injury, infection or blood clotting)
