ROS: thrombocytopenia, eczema, recurrent pyogenic infections

ROS: recurrent infections, ataxia, angiomas, low IgA

Defect: CD-40L on T cells

Type II, w/in 24h, pre-existing host Ab’s react w/ graft

Type II and IV, days to wks, Ab’s formed after transplant and T-cells too
Chronic Host v. Graft
Type IV, months to years, CD4+ T-cells of host
Graft v. Host
Grafted T-cells react to the host, happens in liver transplant and BMT bc they are hematopoietic
