Risk stratification anaphylaxis

A

Fast track d/c: after 2 hrs sx resolution, good response to single dose of adrenaline

Min to hours: x2 doses of adrenaline needed/ prev biphasic reaction

Min 12 hrs: >2 doses needed, severe asthma, possibility of ongoing reaction, late onset at night
