Excess/no sweating
Temp over 40C
Rapid pulse
Difficulty breathing
Anxiety + restlessness
Communication issues + disorientation
Severe vomiting + diarrhoea
Unconsciousness

Move the patient to the shade
Recovery position
Cool with sponge/water sprays/fans/wet sheet/cold packs to the necks + armpits
