Precautions for Hydroxocobalamin
A
Not compatible in same IV line with many other medications

Dose of Hydroxocobalamin
A
Adult: 5 grams IV infusion over 15 minutes at a rate of 15 ml/min. May repeat once at same dose to max of 10 grams.
Pedi: 70 mg/kg IV. May be repeated once at same dose
