100 varieties, 40 passed through sexual contact

How is it spread?
A
vaginal, oral or anal sex with someone who has the virus. Most commonly spread during vaginal or anal sex.

What are the symptoms?
A
Usually doesn’t have symptoms so you may not know it but it can lead to cancer, you can have genital warts as well as female/throat warts.

How to prevent it?
A
HPV vaccine commonly given to children ages 11-12 years old.Protected sex and sexual abstinence

A
With prescribed HPV meds
