EENT - sclera/ conjunctiva No dc, oral mucosa moist no lesions, no exudate, No LAD, no thyroidmegaly.
Heart - RRR no G/R/M
Chest - CTAB
Abdomen - No HSM, NT, no masses
Urogenital- scribe lesions, papular, smooth, number, location, size, areas affected, areas spared.
Rectal - Males do prostate exam, affected or spared.
Pelvic - vaginal mucosa pink, cervix midline, no dc, no lesions, PAP done.

Labs - PAP (today), RPR
Medications - none
Education - Discussed Cryotherapy for lesions, OTC options for self treatment, prevention, safe sex, partner screening.
RTC - 1-2 weeks.
