Plan
A
Labs: stool for occult blood if indicated.
Anoscopy if indicated
Non-Pharm: Avoid constipation.
increase fluids, Fiber, fewer proteins
No prolonged sitting, Sitz bath or warm bath, cold packs.
Schedule hemorrhoidectomy for sever cases.
Pharmacologic - Fiber supplements, Stool softener,
Analgesic ointment, corticosteroid preeperation.
NO FOLLOW UP NEEDED.
