pathway
- originates at HT
- spreads over HT then goes to diaphragm to connect to SI then runs back along throat and connects to eyes
- external branch emerges at middle of axilla
- travels down medial side of upper arm to ulnar end of cubital crease
- continues down forearm along radial side of flexor carpi ulnaris to pisiform region proximal to palm then passes through palm
- terminates at end of radial side of little finger
Luo connecting meridian
longitudinal - follows primary meridian to HT then ascends to tongue and finally to eyes
transverse - luo pt of HT meridian HT 5 to yuan pt of SI meridian SI4
divergent merdian
From HT 1 in middle of axilla to GB22 and to HT, throat, face (at SI18) and terminates at inner canthus of eye at BL 1.
