- Homelessness, rough sleeping and temporary accomodation is increasing
- Length of stay in temporary accomodation is increasing

A
- No they pay for average acceptable price of rent within an area
- There will likely be a rent gap that you have to fill
- We then price out people of low income from housing in certain areas
