Presentation
A
Adbo distension, billious vomiting, no passing of mecionium within day 2 after birth.
Mass felt in LLQ.

Investigation
A
Abdo XRAY, contrast enema (contra in bowel perf)
Gold standard for diagnosis is rectal suction biopsy.

Management
A
IV abx, NG feeds and bowel decompression.
Definitive manage is bowel resection and reattachment to above dentate line.

Complications
A
Hirschsprung associated enterocolitis.
