Peripheral smear:
- Macrocytosis, ovalocytosis, PMNs w/ hypersegmented nuclei (>5 lobes)

A

B-ALL:
CD10+ and CD19+

T-ALL:
CD1+, CD2+, CD5+

Both are TdT+ (differentiate from AML)
