b12 and folate deficiency

associated with neuro symptoms, alcoholics
tx: b12 1,000-2000mcg daily
Petechiae and purpura
rash that doesn’t blanch
rash won’t itch
feel well otherwise
polys low, lymphs high indicate
viral infection
polys high, lymphs low
indicates bacterial infection
