Digoxin antidote for overdose or potassium greated than 5mEq: Digoxin immune Fab (digibind) therapy

Nursing Implications

A

Nurse does apical, patient does radial
no more than 100 and less than 60, if it is then hold dose & notify prescriber or if N,V,D or visual disturbances
Pt report if 2lb/1day or 5lb/1wk
Nesiritide or milrinone, use infusion pump
