Poor diet - causes HD because people are eating to much fatty foods which blocks up arteries.
Lack of exercise causes HD because the fat is not being burned off.
Smoking causes HD because stress is being but on the heart.
Drinking causes heart disease because it increases blood pressure putting stress on the heart.
Stress causes heart disease because blood pressure is increased which means more pressure on the heart.
Inheritance causes heart disease as it is passed down through family’s.
