Not washing hands then eating - educate people about basic hygiene

Poo and peeing in drinking and cleaning water - put toilets at least 30m away from the drinking water

Dirty food - peel skin from veg and clean with water before eating.

Also make sewage systems and frinking water pipes.

People are getting the disease because they are unaware of how its spread- eduacte people to prevent the spread of the disease.
