The percentage of body weight that is muscle fat or bone
How does health link to fitness
So for a sportsman it means being in the right emotional/psychological and physical shape to be able to do what your sport requires of you
BMI/ body mass index
The most common and easiest way to get your body composition is by calculating your BMI
Power
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly. It can be written as a formula
Reaction time
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it
Speed
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance
What factors could affect your body weight
Height
Bone structure
Muscles girth
