Define cardiovascular endurance
The ability to keep working over a long period of time without tiring or losing skill
Define dynamic strength/muscular endurance
The ability of the muscles to move a resistance over a long period of time without tiring or losing effectiveness (repetitive application of force)
Define speed
The rate at which the body is moved from one place to another
Define coordination
The body moving 2 or more limbs simultaneously whilst under control
Define balance
A state of equilibrium achieved by keeping the centre of mass over the base of support
Define flexibility
The joints ability to move to fullest range of movement
Define reaction time
Time taken to respond to a given stimulus
Define power
The application of maximal forces from muscular contractions as rapidly as possible (A combination of speed and strength)
Define agility
The ability to change directions and positions quickly and effectively whilst under control

The ability to coincide movements in relation to external factors
