The range of movement around a joint
What is cardiovascular endurance?
The ability of the heart and lungs to keep working efficiently for a period of time
What is muscular strength?
The ability of the muscles to apply a force to overcome a resistance
What is muscular endurance
The ability of the muscles to keep contracting to long periods of time

What is balance?
The ability to stay stable whilst still or moving by keeping your centre of gravity over your base
What is reaction time?
The time it takes to respond to a stimulus
What is power?
A combination of maximum speed and strength
What is agility?
The ability to move quickly whilst changing direction
What is timing?
The ability to coincide movements in relation to external factors
