What is good physical health?
Body systems working well, being active resisting infection and ideal body weight
Define Health
A state of complete Social, Mental and Physical well being
What is good Emotional health?
Liking yourself, accepting others expressing your feelings and controlling your behaviour
What is good Social health?
Relating to a range of people and having close friends
What is assertiveness?
The mis point between aggressive behaviour and giving in, an important skill to have in a relationship

The difference between heterosexual and homosexuals
Heterosexuals have an attraction to he opposite sex whilst homosexuals have an attraction to the same sex

What does growth hormone do?
It enlarges the bones and causes protein to build up in cells so to help you grow
What does FSH do and stand for
Follicle Stimulating Hormone causes gonads to grow and produce cells
What is the first symptom of pregnancy
A missed period
What are teratogens
They are foods and activities that should be avoided during pregnancy such as alcohol, nicotine and high impact sports
What are the three stages of development of a baby
zygote, embryo, foetus
What are the three stages of childbirth?
The first stage is contractions and cervix widens
Second stage woman pushes and baby is born head first (if not it’s called a breech)
Third stage goes from babies birth to the delivery of the placenta
