  • systemic s/s = fever, chills, WL
  • hx of prior cancer
  • immunodeficiency
  • FND
  • thunderclap HA
  • new onset headaches after 50 years of age
  • precipitation by exertion/strain/positional changes
  • increasing HA frequency and severity
  • new onset seizures
