A
Remove rings, watches, bangles, bracelets etc
Ensure cuts and grazes are covered
Turn on the taps to achieve an ideal temperature
Apply soap and manoeuvre to create a lather
Manoeuvre for 30 seconds
Rinse of all lather
Thoroughly dry hands with paper towels
Turn the taps off with paper towels or elbows
Apply alcohol based hand rub
