- Aid took a while to reach bc airport and roads damage
- RC raised 500m for aid and claimed to build 130,000 homes. Only 6 perm. homes were seen to have been built. Apparently the money was divided into other sectors such as shelter/sanitation.

- In 2015 supreme court being was built
- Rehab of key infrasturcture –> benefitted 1.1 m people.. recovery supplies 500,000 people, 110,000 m cube of debris removed from canals
- Reconstruction of 100 km of road –> access to market and services, work opportunities and tourism
- Restored Ministry of Economy and finance’s internal control and audit functions
