Sickle cell crisis: different types and meds

Vaso-occlusive : painful, distal ischaemia and errection
Splenic sequestration: severe anaemia and hypovolaemic shock
Aplastic : caused by parvovirus b19, anaemia
Acute chest syndrome: lung blood supply cut off, pulmonary infiltrates , fever, cough, sob, hypoxia morphine and amox.
