What are the CDM Regulations 2015
The main set of regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects

- Replacement of CDM Coordinator with PD

What is an F10
The F10 is a document that is submitted to the HSE to notify them of a scheme when notifiable

“When it hits one of the below
- +500 man hours
- +30 days in duration
- More than 20 site operatives”
Who should ensure the F10 is in place
The client
What does a site induction consist of

Contains info the client already possesses about the site

Academically qualified persons card
How long does your CSCS card last for
5 years
What is the HASWA 1974
To provide adequate training to staff to ensure H&S procedures are understood and adhered
What do domestic client have to do now. How/ who can they pass it onto
Same as client
The responsibilities are normally passed to the contractor or principle contractor
