What is guttate psoriasis?
A
A form of psoriasis more common in children which is often 2-4 weeks after a strep infection

How does GP present?
A
- Tear drop papules on the trunk and limbs
- Onset is usually over days

How is GP managed?
A
- Usually resolves within 2-3 months
- Topical agents can be used as normal in psoriasis
- UVB phototherapy an option
