Invades and destructs and can spread locally or distant

Lymph nodes Blood Epthetlium Epithelial lined spaces Seeding or body cavities

Adenoma- glands
Papilloma- finger like projections
Cystadenoma- cystic masses
Polyp- attached to surface may or may not be neoplasm

Spills into the blood stream

What is lymphoma
Malignant cells in lymphoid tissues
Hodgekins- mixed cells
Non hodgekins
What is a teratoma
Mixed cell tumour.
Various cell types and all 3 germ layers
B or M
E.g occur in the ovaries
Non neoplastic pre malignant conditions
Chronic inflammation = varicose leg ulcer = skin cancer
Cirrhosis of the liver = heptocellular carcinoma
Chronic ulcerative colitis = adenocarcanoma large intestine
