Debt-slaves
the slaves that leased land from a landowner but fell behind on the rent payments, they would become ‘enslaved’ to that landowner until the debt had been fully paid off.
Greek Slaves
Mostly of foreign origin, constituted perhaps one- third of the population of Attica in the fifth and fourth centuries BCE, and the average Athenian family had one or more. They were needed to run shop or work on the farm while the master attended meetings of the Assembly or was served on one of the boards that oversaw the day-to-day activities of the state.
Perioikoi
in ancient Sparta, free inhabitants but not citizens who were required to pay taxes and perform military service; came to Sparta to do the things Spartans did not want to do themselves

full blooded or half blooded Spartans that lost their standing
Helots
Messenians and laconians reduced to helots (capture), or serfdom and worked for Sparta; worked the land for the Spartans
Group Bondage
Entire group of people is held slave; people are dishonored and they experience social death but not feel natal alienation

One type of slavery in Athens.
Police Sythians
The force is said to have consisted of 300 armed Scythians (a nomadic Iranic people living in the Eurasian Steppe) who were public slaves in Athens
Pasion
A slave for Athenian bankers that worked his way up and became wealthy and eventually owning slaves.
Debt-bondage
happens when people give themselves into slavery as security against a loan or when they inherit a debt from a relative.

Telos is the ancient Greek term for an end, fulfilment, completion, goal or aim
